House Rules
1.Guests then selves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
2. Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.
3. Lock the doors to the apartments from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all alectrical appliances ( tv, air-coditioning,stove…) and turn off the taps.
4. In exceptional circumstantes and in the absence of a guest, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact.
5. destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14-16 hr and from 22 to 8 hr.
6. The contents of the apartments may only be used by persons who are registered as guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
7. Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
8. Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartments may be used only upon the concent of the host.
9. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments the guests is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappesrsnce or damage occurred due to the fault of the guests, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
10.It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment ( towels,covers…) from the apartments.
11. Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office.
12. Bedding and towels are included and changed every 7 days. The owners are not required to clesn and tidy up the apartment. during the use of the apartment it is your duty to maintain the order and cleanliness of the apartment. During the summer please take out the garbage from the apartment every day. Smoking is allowed in the common areas, but is not permitted in the bedrooms. Take into account the possible risk of fire.
13. Pets are allowed in the apartment only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, the owners or the agency has the right to cancel accommodation.
14. We kindly ask you on the day of departure to leave the room until 10.00 am so that it can be cleaned and made up for other quests whocome after you and have the right to enter until 15.00. Staying in the apartment after 10.00 am unconditionally entails the payment of a daily rate without the possibility of further stay in the unit. The keys must be returned at check – out.
15. The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accomodation. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host or agency for violation of house rules, the quest will be cherged the full amount for the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay. If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier, you must pay for the entire reserved period. The price for the rooms and the apartment for the entire period will be cherged within the first two days of using the same.
16. Guests must provide their own coal for the grill, and clean the grill after use.
